What are your delivery options?
All purchases above R500 include free door to door courier delivery via our partner DSV. Any orders under R550 will incur a delivery fee of R100.
Alternatively if you prefer, you can collect your order free of charge from our pickup point located at Northmead Industrial Park, 10 Moreland Drive, Unit 31, Redhill.
How do I track my order?
Once your payment has successfully reflected in the paid account, you will be provided with a tracking number via e-mail/sms from the courier company.
What to do if our product is defective or if we inadvertently sent the wrong product
We will arrange for our courier company, to collect at our expense. Once the parcel has been received and inspected, we will arrange for a credit or replacement.

Do you provide International delivery?
Unfortunately for the moment, delivery is restricted to within South African borders and neighboring countries (subject to acceptance of delivery charges).
Return/Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
